Darvish is the Medical Director and founder of Holistique Naturopathic Medical Center. I am a holistic, evidence based physician who practices with an emphasis on the integration between conventional and complimentary care. I specialize in sexual medicine, menopause, vulvar disease and pelvic floor dysfunction. I have been working in the area of healthcare and sexuality since 1993, and am a nationally certified Sex Counselor through the American Association of Sex Educations and Therapists, and sexual medicine fellow through the International Society for the Study of Women's Health, as well as a nationally certified menopause specialist through the North American Menopause Society.

My passion is for helping people get pregnant, supporting them through their pregnancy and assisting them through postpartum. It is one of the most rewarding experiences to aid families through their fertility journey and meet their beautiful newborns. A 1992 Bastyr University grad, Dr Forwell offers a wealth of experience from her 29 years in naturopathic primary care. She is a pioneer of Regenerative Injection Therapies employed to treat pain from injury & overuse. Chronic sprains & strains, osteoarthritis etc are treated with these needling techniques referred to as Prolotherapy, PRP and embryonic Stem Cells as well as Mesotherapy & Neural Therapy. She was a founding board member & instructor at the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injections, has advanced training from the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine & conducts doctor training courses around the country.

I provide telemedicine support for patients with PCOS, fertility, and other women's health concerns who are trying to navigate the medical system. Often patients who see me are seeing multiple specialists and are having trouble coordinating their care or are experiencing difficulty feeling educated about their conditions and options (conventional and alternative).
