I’m Dr. Tara Coppola, ND, MS, CES—a licensed naturopathic physician, homeopath, and nutritionist on a mission to help people unravel the tangled web of chronic illness, trauma, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. My approach blends vitalistic naturopathic care with deep listening, nervous system support, and sometimes, delightfully weird but effective remedies—because healing is as unique as you are. We’ll laugh. We’ll cry. We’ll poop talk. (Digestive health is important, after all.)
I didn’t come to this work because my life was easy. I came to this work because healing was my only way forward. My journey includes growing up in a home shaped by addiction, surviving trauma, and navigating the challenges of ADHD and neurodivergence. This isn’t work I do from a pedestal, but from the trenches of lived experience.
