I offer a roadmap to physical and mental health. We discuss the foundations--sleep, exercise, nutrition, and mindset. I utilize natural treatments, such as vitamins and minerals, amino acids, and herbs to reduce your anxiety and improve focus. I offer food allergy testing, adrenal testing, & neurotransmitter testing to get to the source of your symptoms.
