She offers the latest in skin and wellness treatments centered on each individual’s needs. She has received advanced training in aesthetic procedures, minor surgery, nutrition, and physical medicine. She also specializes in digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, and many other chronic conditions that can lead to early aging.

Avana Natural Health is the home of natural medicine care for the whole family. I hold doctorate degrees in both conventional (MD) and natural medicine (ND). I am a board-certified naturopathic physician in Oregon and an active member of American Association of Naturopathic Physician. In addition, I am certified in Classical Homeopathy, Bowen technique therapy, Korean Hand Therapy, Auricular Therapy and Medicine and Advanced Ozone Therapy. I am currently licensed as naturopathic physician (ND) in both Oregon and Washington state.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I focus on the person in front of me, listen to their health needs, and work with them by addressing their entire person. This simply means that I look at every factor that has affected this person throughout their entire life including childhood home life, infections and treatments, surgeries, other trauma, diet, social interactions, and lifestyle. By using these influences together with labwork I work with my clients to create a plan that works for them to support their current complaint by addressing the origin of their concerns. I have worked with all ages and backgrounds to support their health needs.
