I help patients restore and maintain health by understanding their unique patterns of symptoms and identifying the unifying principles behind them. This allows me to offer treatment options that are highly targeted, and as simple and effective as possible. I work with the emotions, mind and spirit as well as the body to address the whole person so they may experience increased wellness in all areas of life.
I especially like to work with people who have been suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD or are concerned about the possibility of Alzheimer's disease. I use specialized lab tests to identify their specific needs, and provide nutritional support to help restore mental balance, reduce medications required, and improve resilience to life's stresses.
I also offer energy medicine sessions (these are not yet covered by insurance) to address issues of a psycho-spiritual nature, including chronic emotional and physical pain. Please call my office for more information.
