About
Holistic medicine focuses on treating the whole person by addressing the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical elements. We are more than just our symptoms. My ideal patient is someone who wants to work together to figure out the root cause of their illness by looking through the lens of holistic medicine. Whether the condition is acute or chronic, the goal is to heal someone from within so that whatever is occurring doesn't turn into years of struggling through poor health--because you don't have to! Existing as someone who is vibrant, strong, and balanced is possible.
I offer a thorough evaluation visit where we dive into your symptom picture and what your experience has been with it, using specific laboratory testing to aid in the investigation to find the answers. Then I use nutritional medicine, botanical medicine, supplemental support, and specialized bodywork techniques to correct any imbalances and optimize health.
Symptoms and disease are our body’s way of telling us there is an imbalance. The conventional model of medicine often uses pharmaceutical medication and invasive procedures to manage symptoms, but I believe there is more to offer someone that is longer lasting and sustainable.
