In every consultation, I focus on the determinants of health-- nutrition, hydration, gut health, sleep, stress, sunlight, fresh air-- to build a strong foundation for health to exist.
I have many healing modalities in my "tool box" including homeopathy, botanicals, nutrients, essential oils, and nutrition. I carry a plethora of supplements on hand which makes it very convenient for patients to start their healing journey immediately. I also use a BioMeridian tool to assess for food sensitivities in-office.
