Dr. Lauri Brouwer is a naturopathic physician working in Arizona, helping women in their prime who don’t feel like they’re AT their prime. Working primarily with women was a natural choice for her. Since her first stirrings of wanting to be a doctor, she wanted to help women like her mother and her friends feel energetic, strong, free from pain, and able to do all they want in their retirement. She also has a strong desire to help the women of her generation and younger achieve and maintain excellent health so that they can actively pursue their life’s purpose and have fun doing it.
She aims to empower patients to take charge of their health by educating them about nutrition, lifestyle choices, and optimized hormones, working with them to create programs to achieve their individual goals. In addition to nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and hormone supplementation, she also uses natural botanical medicine and IV therapies.
Dr. Brouwer offers a free 10-15 minute meet-n-greet phone call for potential patients who want to have a short conversation to decide if they would be a good fit to work together.
