I enjoy working with people from all walks of life with a variety of health concerns. Our goal is to identify the root of dysfunction and empower the individual to take ownership of their health moving toward wellness. It is exciting to work with people who have questions, have done personal research, and are curious about how best to establish a foundation of health in their lives.
I have a passion for physical medicine: hydrotherapies, tissue manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. I often find that working on physical pain will help reveal other sources of imbalance that result in a deeper level of healing.
As a parent, partner, doctor, and veteran I have faced a variety of challenges in my life which all required sacrifice and personal growth. I understand that change is rarely easy, but believe that we can find ways to promote your healing. I am largely operating via telemedicine, but plan to start in person visits soon.
