Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Some of my favorite areas of health to support include: Preconception/postpartum care, menstrual disorders including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endocrine imbalances including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I practice with an emphasis on body literacy and cycle tracking for adolescents through adulthood.

Many feel frustrated with long-standing GI issues and how it impacts their overall well-being. I help them understand the root cause of symptoms and provide individualized treatment plans so they can improve their quality of life. Things that make my practice unique are Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mind-Body Medicine, and Ancestral Healing.

I am happy to support your primary care needs in addition to gynecological health concerns. My goal is to work with patients to re-establish the foundations of health using stress management, nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and bodywork. Therapeutic touch is a large part of my practice, which can include pelvic floor therapy, different types of massage, and craniosacral therapy.
