My ideal client is ready for change to improve their existing overall health. I work together with the patient to encourage and motivate them to change gradually and progressively for overall health improvement. My goal is to support my patients in achieving optimal spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health.

I take a great interest in treating the underlying cause of health problems. My main specialty is preventive cardiology. I have sub specialties in IV therapy, men's health, sports medicine and hormone related issues. NatureMed Integrative Medicine is a clinic my wife and I started in 2004. We feel that balance between modern Western and evidence based Complimentary and Alternative medicine yields the best results. This type of practice philosophy is called integrative medicine. We use a "science-based" approach to alternative and naturopathic medicine. Specifically, we use treatments that are backed by real data and shown to work.

I have been practicing naturopathic medicine since 1982. My practice includes energy medicine, nutrition, botanicals, homeopathy, kinesiology, hands on, acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I also address the emotional and mental aspects of disease, and work with the body as metaphor. In today's complex world there are so many ideas and paths to follow, my plan is to keep it simple, specific and elegant. The body has an amazing ability to heal when it is provided the proper tools.
