Diverse in age and background, my patients face challenges that disrupt their ability to work, engage in social activities, and cherish precious moments with family. My own IBS journey and frustration with inadequate care drove me to become a Registered Dietitian and now a Naturopathic Medical doctor.

I treat numerous conditions, both acute & chronic- general family medicine. I have advanced training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy with the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I also have many patients with autoimmune disease such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Sjogren's Syndrome in which I've been successful in eliminating/decreasing many of their prescription drugs and symptoms. I enjoy helping people feel good again. I graduated #1 in my class from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and I too will give you my all when treating you and working with you to regain your health and wellness.

I am a primary care provider so I can help you complete your yearly screenings, but I also have special interests in the gut, the mind, and women's health.

Dr. Jessica Hayman is a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Arizona, where she currently practices and resides in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Spanish from The University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
