After completing medical school at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and working for 10 years as a licensed physical therapist, I opened Synergy. My goal was to combine the best aspects of standard medicine with the benefits of natural and preventative medicine. Since then, I've treated many patients with all kinds of health problems - from simple colds and infections, to cancer and medical conditions that MDs have not been able to resolve. Dr. Shu is a licensed naturopathic doctor, and is certified in Orthopedic Prolotherapy with Platelet Rich Plasma injections via American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Integrative Pain Management.
