My ideal client is someone who is willing to commit to living a naturally healthful lifestyle. That person may have any number of issues, needs, and goals, but he or she wants to engage in a lifestyle that enables him or her to achieve his or her own optimal wellness in the realms of physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health. Managing stress & inflammation are two very important health-related skills with global positive effects.
I work in a milieu of natural modalities that begins with assessment and builds from there. Assessment includes REAMs RBIT, iridology, SMT, & standard laboratory testing via Ulta Labs. We plan realistic lifestyle changes together. I provide education and guidance, support, some specific body work, and a number of very high quality health-related products.
