I am a Primary Care Practitioner who combines the principles of Naturopathic Medicine with the traditions of Classical Chinese Medicine to offer a wide array of treatment options to best suit each individual's needs. While I maintain a medicine practice which serves the entire family, I offer a focus in Pediatric health, Men's health, Mental-Emotional wellness and Digestive health.

My greatest joy comes from empowering individuals and families to live vibrant, healthy lives. While honoring your unique preferences and wisdom, I inspire people of all ages to live fully, peacefully, and with awareness. Partnering with nature, I use natural remedies, acupuncture, craniosacral, diet, lifestyle, and homeopathy to promote optimal health; while also tending the mental/emotional connections to your health. Patients come to me who want to explore the ways in which their body is communicating to them so that we can find ways to restore health and freedom.

Part of the joy I receive from being a physician is meeting people where they are in their health-care journey. Working with you as an individual with a unique history, getting to know your story and what your goals are for yourself is incredibly important. This is treating the whole person. Her combined experience of 34 years in conventional and holistic naturopathic medical training and practice give her unique insights and approaches beyond those available to practitioners trained in only conventional or only naturopathic medicine.
