My ideal client wants a naturopathic doctor who combines the best of naturopathic medicine, ayurvedic medicine, and botanical medicine to support their wellbeing. They want support to have less stress and to do more of what they love in their life. They may have anxiety, depression, PTSD that needs a bit of extra-support as well. They want to work with botanical medicine to improve their health. They're also motivated to get outside with time in nature or to cultivate a natural space in their home. They want a knowledgeable naturopathic doctor who can give them nature cure care and think outside of the box!
I can help through my experience having treated thousands of patients. My residency focus was on integrative psychiatry where I treated cases of anxiety, bipolar I and II, depression, grief, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychotic conditions, and others. I prefer a strengths-based approach and natural medicine over conventional approaches.
