Diverse in age and background, my patients face challenges that disrupt their ability to work, engage in social activities, and cherish precious moments with family. We connect because they've often experienced incomplete solutions and are searching for more. My own IBS journey and frustration with inadequate care drove me to become a Registered Dietitian and now a Naturopathic Medical doctor.

My goal is to create a welcoming environment where my patients can share their unique health journeys. I am here to educate, empower, and, most importantly, to effect positive change in their lives. My aim is to improve their quality of life, enabling them to once again engage in work, social activities, and family functions with renewed vitality.
