Estrogen replacement, typically delivered via oral medication or transdermal patches, can help alleviate these symptoms by stabilizing hormone levels. In natural HRT, “bioidentical” hormones are used, which mimic naturally occurring hormones due to their similar chemical structure, although they are typically plant-derived.
