Having suffered from several chronic and "incurable" conditions myself, before I was aware of the self-healing capacities of our bodies, I know how terrible it can be to watch your quality of life slowly diminish. It is my goal to educate others on the self-healing capacities of their bodies and how to eliminate any interferences, equipping everyone to take full responsibility for their health. True health often requires an entirely new lifestyle and we will provide the guidance to everyone who is committed to their health.
With a thorough history and functional testing, together we can discover what is interfering with your body's self-healing processes. I will then create a Care Plan to correct the underlying conditions, and not merely suppress symptoms.
Nutrition is fundamental to obtaining and maintaining health. Because I understand that making drastic changes to the diet we have had our entire lives is difficult, and sometimes overwhelming, we also provide meal preparation services to assist in this transition.
