Seattle Acupuncture Wellness Center has been serving greater Seattle, Northgate, Shoreline, Ballard, Fremont and North Seattle area over the last 10 years. We are conveniently located on Northgate area right by Northgate Mall and just north of Seattle Public library (Northgate Branch). I practice the gentle Japanese stye of acupuncture and I have trained in Tokyo, Japan in both 2006 and 2007. I have 15 years of experience in the field of acupuncture and I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain and injury rehabilitation, especially back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and foot and ankle pain and headaches. I have also had great success in treating women's health issues, particularly PMS, cramping, infertility, prenatal care and menopause.

Liz Wyosnick MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Science. I offer a non-dogmatic approach to health where recommendations are rooted in sustainability and science. I am particularly passionate about empowering individuals to live their life most well, in which healthy choices become what they want to do, versus what they have to do. I enjoy collaborating with my clients so that they receive thoughtful education around food, the body, and systems, as well as helpful insight within behavior change research.

Kailina enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, including digestion and gastrointestinal concerns, mental and emotional health, sleep issues, reproductive health concerns (menstrual-related concerns in particular), adjunctive cancer care (including relief from chemo, radiation, and medication side-effects), musculoskeletal injuries and pain, and more.

Hello, I am Virginia (Gigi) a registered dietitian, psychotherapist, and yoga and mindfulness teacher. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, are in a journey of healing their relationships with food and exercise and want reconnection with their bodies. I also provide individualized medical nutrition therapy for diverse health conditions from a weight inclusive approach. In addition, I specialize in mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma and support clients with nutrition and mental health counseling to improve symptoms and feel better.

Emmilia’s passion for integrative medicine and whole foods nutrition has evolved throughout her life and career. Like many of her clients, she grew up learning from various outlets that wellness should look and behave a certain way. After learning the transformative impact of integrative functional nutrition through her education at Bastyr University, and witnessing the shame, confusion, and damage that can come from a narrow approach to health through her work with patients, it has become clear to her that one-size does not fit all.

I first discovered acupuncture while completing my pre-reqs with the intention of attending medical school at UW - I was struggling with migraines that Western Medicine was incapable of helping me with. An Acupuncturist was able to help me live a migraine free life what I couldn't have previously imagined was possible. I simply fell in love with the medicine and altered my course to pursue my Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Fast forward 14 years, I still love the medicine and am thrilled, on a daily basis, on how I am able to help people improve their lives with a natural, holistic approach to their health.

Sadie is a Seattle-based Registered Dietitian with 8 years of Integrative and Functional health experience. She completed her training in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University which emphasized a root-cause approach to healing. Sadie believes it’s within your control to be your happiest and most vibrant self and her goal is to empower you to achieve this. Sadie’s favorite part about working with others is partnering together and seeing people evolve into their healthiest selves yet. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the opportunity to do so.

Each patient is an individual and as such, requires treatments that are customized for them. Especially in chronic disease, which is where naturopathic medicine and acupuncture help greatly, taking one magic pill or supplement will not resolve symptoms. Success depends greatly on recognizing what dietary changes, behavioral therapies, and lifestyle modifications the patient is willing to try in order to achieve overall health. I work collaboratively with people to not only identify what is causing their symptoms, but more importantly, identify what roadblocks are preventing them from achieving wellness and explore what treatments they want to try.

I am a naturopathic physician providing health care focused on integrating and balancing both conventional and complementary approaches to good health. I specialize in providing primary care for cancer survivors, cancer supportive care, women's health and drug free management of chronic pain. Cancer survivors have unique health issues. These are due, in part, to the effects of the cancer treatment and to the factors that contributed to the cancer in the first place. As a physician with a background in family practice, as well as oncology, I am uniquely situated to treat these cancer survivors and cancer patients as well as others requiring primary care.
