Since then, I have worked primarily in medical facilities such as Chinese Medicine Clinic, Chiropractic Office and Holistic Wellness Centers. My work experience in the medical field has enabled me to deepen my knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology along with the Body-Mind-Spirit connection. My goal is to help my clients optimize their Quality of Life.
I use a variety of corrective manual therapy techniques such as Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. Cold Laser Therapy, Cupping and Reflexology are other modalities I also use . As far as energy work is concern, I am a Reiki Master.
