Following a no-diet approach, my team and I help clients achieve realistic changes through long-term support for lifetime success. Ditch the Diet is our virtual coaching program that was born with the goal of serving busy women who want to reset their nutrition. This is not a one-time counseling session, this is a commitment to lifestyle change. Our 1:1 coaching programs are a minimum of 16 weeks and go up to 8 months in order to work with clients through long-term change and results.
