Hi, I'm Evan! I help adults lower their blood sugar, lose weight, and get the most from GLP-1 medications. Most of my patients pay $0 out of pocket - thanks to insurance benefits they already have!
One of the reasons I chose to accept insurance (and offer reduced-cost care when needed) is that I believe nutrition counseling should be accessible. I want to work with people who WANT to see an RD, not just those who can AFFORD to see one.
Before earning my Bachelor's in Nutrition and Master's in Dietetics, I made just about every weight-loss mistake possible. I still make mistakes, but I have a much stronger understanding of biology, metabolism & the science of weight loss. I hope I can share what I learned so you do not have to make the same mistakes (or have to study nutrition for 6 years!)
