My goal is to help people better their relationship with food and body by helping them embrace intuitive eating principles such as reject the diet mentality, recognize and honor their body's natural cues, making peace with food, etc. I am an anti-diet, health at every size (HAES) promoting registered dietitian who is also a certified eating disorder registered dietitian with the international association of eating disorder professionals (IAEDP).
I work to help my clients understand recovery isn't linear, instead it is a journey with ups and downs but it is worth it and I'm here to support them with my firm but compassionate approach.
