Sports Rub Massage Recovery is an evidence-based Massage Therapy practice providing pain management solutions due to soft tissue injuries. Our Licensed Massage Therapists develop treatment plans to assist in the recovery of a sports injury, post-operative surgical rehabilitation, cancer and stroke recovery care or other wellness needs. We use a variety of massage therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization tools to assist the client in obtaining a desired recovery result.

Our office specializes in the upper cervical technique, Atlas Orthogonal. It is a low force technique using an instrument to adjust the spine. It is painless and does not involve any twisting.
