I have specialized in the field of eating disorders for nearly a decade. I work with clients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED. I see clients as young as 8 years old and adults of all ages. I help assist clients and their families in figuring out the next steps when they receive a diagnosis that can feel confusing and scary. I provide assessments for those who might be concerned either themselves or their loved one may be struggling with an eating disorder. I am able to offer an FBT-informed approach for children and adolescents. Above all else, I provide unwavering compassion and care.
I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), and have spent nearly a decade working in higher level of care treatment for eating disorder I'm passionate about helping those struggling with disordered eating to redefine their relationship with food and reframe some of their fear-based beliefs.
I graduated with my Masters in Counseling in December of 2025. Coupled with my training as a dietitian, this allows me to provide multifaceted care.
