He obtained his B.S in Food and Dietetics and his Masters in Nutrition from Appalachian State University. Michael enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, while having experience in chronic disease, healthy aging, sports performance, gut health disorders and inflammation. I also used natural solutions for my own hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and digestive issues during my young adult life. Having attended culinary school, I enjoy integrating "nutrition into the kitchen".
