I’m a women's health focused Registered Dietitian, Specialist in Prenatal Nutrition, and Health Coach who earned my Masters in Clinical Nutrition from NYU.
My passion for nutrition was shaped by growing up on a farm in Doylestown, PA and dancing ballet throughout my childhood, and later deepened through navigating my own health challenges with gut and hormonal issues. I have worked in both clinical and private counseling settings, including Mount Sinai and Allara Health, supporting individuals through a wide range of complex health concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, IBD and menopause with an evidence-based approach.
My approach to nutrition counseling is rooted in meeting clients where they are in their health journey and understanding where they want to be. A journey towards better health is about you and a “one size fits all” model simply doesn’t exist. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable.
I work with individuals who have a general interest in improving their health as well as those who want to deal with a specific health concern, prepare for or navigate pregnancy, or discuss to manage weight in a sustainable way.
