Accepting new clients in-person and virtually - My nutrition philosophy is a non-diet approach based on the long-term goal of Intuitive Eating. I am also a proponent of Health At Every Size (HAES). My main objective is to help my clients repair their relationship with food and body movement. I am also trained in treating feeding disorders such as picky eating and ARFID.
My speciality is treating eating disorders and disordered eating. I have experience working with eating disorders in the outpatient, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and partial hospitalization program (PHP) levels of care. I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD).
Diet culture sucks. I'd love to walk along side you in your healing journey. Let's talk about the social justice issues with dieting and weight, fat phobia, weight stigma and bias, and how you can repair your relationship with your body and food. You are worth it.
