I’m a Registered Dietitian with over eight years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and parents build more peaceful, trusting relationships with food. My work centers on the whole family system—supporting kiddos with feeding challenges, guiding parents who want to nourish their child without pressure or fear, and helping caregivers heal their own relationship with food so they can pass along confidence rather than confusion.
I also have several years of experience supporting individuals after bariatric surgery, helping them rebuild a trusting, sustainable relationship with nourishment across all stages of life.
I am Certified in Fertility Nutrition and Nutrition for Pregnancy through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance, I integrate this lens into my family‑centered approach. Whether preparing for pregnancy, navigating the perinatal period, or supporting a child through eating difficulties, I help create an environment where food feels safe, flexible, and connected.
From May through October, I offer nutrition counseling in our Seeds of Strength community garden, blending evidence‑based nutrition care with the healing power of nature. These sessions support resilience and mental health for individuals navigating depression, OCD, eating disorders, PTSD, and other challenges.
