As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Body Image Coach, I can help you to have a healthy relationship with food and your body from a place of care and compassion and not control. Using a non-diet approach, I can help you to let go of the yo-yo dieting; build trust in your body; and learn to have satisfaction, pleasure, and freedom with food.
Our work together will include learning how to eat in a flexible and balanced way based on hunger, fullness, nutritional needs, and pleasure. It will also incorporate learning how to reject the diet mentality, feel more respectful toward your body, and discover ways to move your body through joyful movement.
I have over 24 years practicing as a Registered Dietitian including 20 years doing nutrition counseling at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and use the principles of Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, and Health At Every Size to help my clients.
