I am a registered dietitian who specializes in anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, bulimia, ARFID, orthorexia, and other specified feeding and eating disorders. My practice is grounded in the “Health At Every Size” (HAES) philosophy, which recognizes that body size alone is not a reliable indicator of health. Using an “all foods fit” approach, I support clients in moving away from restrictive food rules and toward a more inclusive, flexible, and enjoyable relationship with eating.
Together, we explore how thoughts, beliefs, and experiences related to food and body image impact overall well-being and quality of life. I work compassionately alongside clients to develop sustainable, individualized strategies that support recovery and long-term health.
