I use a functional medicine approach to nutrition, which is both patient-centered and based on your unique needs. Optimal wellness is the goal, not just absence of disease. Your whole lifestyle is assessed and considered. If you have felt unwell or just want to make preventative changes to your lifestyle, my 90 min initial assessment will provide me with information needed to tailor advice and guidance to your unique situation. I have the ability to request specialized labs if desired (genetic testing, nutrient deficiency, comprehensive stool testing, food sensitivity, etc.). Let's get you feeling better!
