Hi, I’m Crystal Flores and I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist. Through a targeted coaching approach I empower men and women to take control of their eating habits by looking at their current goals, health, diet and lifestyle to make an individualized plan that sets them up for lifelong success. My clients learn how to eat in the best way for their body, while understanding how to adjust to life’s moments to promote health for life.
I specialize in the ketogenic diet and food sensitives, however my coaching-style of practice enables me to help with a wide variety of goals. I meet with clients 1-4 times per month (depending on the level of accountability desired) and work on small, attainable steps that overtime lead to life long success.
