I have over 20 years experience in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, with a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine. I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Many clients come to me for Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT), which is a technique used for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery. LDT is very gentle, it consists of rubs, strokes or pushes of the skin in directions that follow the structure of the lymphatic system so that the lymph fluid can drain through proper channels. Sessions last from 60 - 90 minutes.

NJCA is a community acupuncture clinic. "Community" means that everyone is treated in one big, comfy room. It also means that our fee structure is much lower than average. At NJCA, our sliding scale is between $30- $65, every time. Clients keep their clothing on and relax in reclining chairs while acupuncture treatment gently encourages their nervous system to relax, promoting healing through out the body.
