I have been providing nutrition counseling since 2013, helping people cultivate better relationships with food and learn to trust their bodies again (or maybe for the first time ever). My areas of expertise include disordered eating, formally diagnosed eating disorders of all kinds, diet burnout, pre-natal and post-partum nutrition, and weight-neutral, non-diet management of PCOS and type 2 diabetes.

Hello! I am a North Carolina-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients virtually across the US. Karuna is a group practice that offers nutrition and movement services through a anti-diet, HAES-aligned, weight-neutral approach. We integrate elements of lifestyle medicine & nutritional psychiatry to serve as health advocates for our clients, promoting both physical and mental health. With clients, I create safe space where her clients can discover their authentic selves, meet their needs while rediscovering joy, and work toward autonomy in their relationship with food and body.

Laurin is a Registered Dietitian who strives to support others throughout their journey to discovering a healthy relationship with food, movement, and their body. Practicing through an Intuitive Eating lens and use of a patient-centered approach, she aims guide and support clients to break free from food rules, enjoy foods without guilt, and live life to the fullest.
