The expanse of the internet often provides confusing, unprofessional, and potentially harmful information about nutrition, weight, and health. I am not focused on "perfect" nutrition. People expect a dietitian to judge them - but most people leave my office with hope, feeling like they are supported in making incremental change.
If you have questions about your health and food, I can help. If you have diabetes, an eating disorders, celiac disease, stomach or intestinal distress, I can help. I provide education, use counseling skills, and support over multiple appointments to tailor your plan to you. I focus on food, planning, implementation, and behavioral based goals.
I work with kids, adolescents, adults and families. I use a comprehensive online platform and have a highly skilled billing office to deal with insurance issues.
