Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Bozeman, Montana. I have a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Food and Nutrition. I provide medical nutrition therapy to individuals struggling with chronic disease, digestive conditions, eating disorders, and overall nutrition well-being. I use an intuitive eating approach to promote change and empower individuals to create healthy and sustainable relationships with food. I aim to help eliminate shame and fear around foods and discourage fad diets and highly restrictive meal plans. As a team, we work together to make a plan that works best for you.
Having struggled with disordered eating for the majority of my life, I can relate to the obstacles that my clients are facing. I understand that change can be hard, but it is possible with a good support system in place. I am here to help guide you in your nutrition journey and provide a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on.
Because life can be busy and overwhelming, I provide telehealth in addition to traditional in-office settings and mobile sessions. Working with your schedule, I am flexible in how and where we meet (following HIPPA regulations, of course). I also provide Grocery Store Tours to help fine-tune your nutrition goals.
