I'm a menopause nutritionist offering weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for people working through disordered eating, binge eating, eating disorders including ARFID, and chronic health conditions. I specialize in digestive health (IBS, bloating, celiac disease, histamine intolerance, GERD), diabetes, PCOS, mast cell activation, and nutrition to support mental health. We'll work as a team with a toolbox of education, movement, mindfulness, and compassion. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming model with ADHD, autism, and/or giftedness and will partner with you to develop strengths and support your challenges.
Having a difficult relationship with food and a chronic health condition is challenging. I respect bodies of all shapes and sizes and will work with you on your individual path to a new relationship with food and your body. My sessions might include brainstorming goals to make progress, meal planning, and supporting any nutrient deficiencies.
