Hello! I’m Leen and I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the states of Illinois and Maryland. My interest in nutrition began in my teenage years where I struggled with my relationship with food and maintaining my health. I became passionate about the nutrition field and completed a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago. My dietetic internship included a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings that were dedicated to counseling individuals and helping them maintain nutritional health.

My name is Maureen Rieras and I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist licensed in the state of Maryland. I am a preferred provider for BCBS/CareFirst. My practice is rooted in treating the whole person. Food is fundamental to great health and there are other aspects that may need to be addressed as well. We’ll look at your lifestyle, sleep, exercise, relationships, work, and underlying health conditions. I strongly believe that “food is medicine” because what’s on the end of your fork has the power to heal your body. I also use herbs and supplements for specific conditions to facilitate healing and replenish the body.

Brittany has extensive experience working in the field of pediatric nutrition. She received her B.S. in dietetics, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Maryland. Brittany then went on to complete her dietetic internship from the National Institutes of Health, focusing on providing medical nutrition therapy to the pediatric population. She has served as a pediatric dietitian at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC for many years. Hello! My name is Emma, and I’m an eating disorder dietitian located in the Maryland area seeing clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland and virtually across the USA.

I specialize in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating patterns. My goal is to help clients live a life free from intrusive thoughts about food, body image, and movement. I have experience helping adolescent and adult clients with all eating disorder diagnoses.

I work exclusively with those affected by cancer - whether it's prevention, active treatment or cancer survivorship. I have specialized and targeted education in integrative health with a focus on whole food, oncology nutrition.
