I believe nutrition during pregnancy should feel supportive, not stressful. My approach focuses on what we can add in — nourishing whole foods, balanced nutrients, and realistic strategies that fit your life. We work together to support energy, digestion, body image, and overall wellness so you can feel your best during pregnancy and beyond.
I offer virtual nutrition counseling for pregnancy. Our first session is all about getting to know you — your schedule, symptoms, food preferences, goals, and how you want to feel during pregnancy and beyond. I create a supportive space where we build a realistic plan, review supplements, answer questions, and work through nutrition challenges together.
I’m a Registered Dietitian, and I've been there. After experiencing a difficult pregnancy myself, I found a passion for helping women feel confident fueling their bodies through a balanced, personalized approach that honors their lifestyle, preferences, and changing needs —showing that pregnancy nutrition can be both enjoyable and deeply nourishing.
