Sometimes life is very challenging and overwhelming. There are ups and downs but the downs are magnified in our own mind. So how do we cope? How do we change our habits? Over eating when we are stressed. Up all night when we are worried about life so we put ourselves second. Our primary foods are not the food we eat. That’s secondary. Our primary foods are what makes and breaks us. They are healthy relationships, spirituality, physical activity, and a fulfilling career. This is what fills us up. A healthy body inside and out.
I am an experienced Integrative Certified Nutrition Health Coach. I receive referrals for wellness coaching, weight loss, assist with food prep for those who are managed by their doctors to eat restrictive foods, as well as healthy living goals for a balanced life. I am also a certified Smoking Cessation Coach and Certified in Mental Health First Aid.
