My ideal clients are endurance athletes and active people who feel stuck, either they're not performing the way they want to, or their relationship with food has become exhausting and all-consuming. Many come to me underfueling without realizing it, caught in cycles of restriction, guilt, or rigid food rules that are holding them back in sport and in life. I help clients rebuild trust with food through a non-diet, eating disorder-informed approach — one that honors both their athletic goals and their overall wellbeing. Together, we work toward fueling that feels sustainable, freeing, and genuinely nourishing.
I specialize in sports nutrition and eating disorder-informed care for endurance athletes and active adults. I offer 1-1 virtual nutrition counseling focused on fueling for performance, supporting recovery, and healing your relationship with food, without rigid rules. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and rooted in the science.
