For others who like the structure of a meal plan, I can provide custom meal plans with grocery lists, recipes, and an app for logging with private messaging
I understand what it means to have limited income, time, and resources. I also understand that sometimes life is just too delicious, and you have to eat cake. By implement mindful tools into weekly practice, clients can make behavioral nutrition changes for a long-term and sustainable healthy lifestyle- all with humor and personal connection.
