My practice supports people navigating insomnia, digestive concerns, specific musculoskeletal pain, or reproductive health challenges. When sleep is disrupted, digestion feels off, hormones feel out of balance, or pain is present, care tailored to individual needs can make a meaningful difference. You may feel tired, frustrated, or like nothing else has helped, and want to better understand what your body is communicating. The goal is to sleep more soundly, feel comfortable in your body, and restore balance through personalized, whole-body care. Each session is tailored to meet every client right where they are.
After practicing reflexology, essential oils and massage for 21 years; I have added acupuncture, and adjunctive therapies such as cupping and e-stim. Each session is specifically designed to fit the client’s unique needs—calming the nervous system, easing tension, and restoring overall health.
