I am passionate about helping individuals achieve complete health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. By combining my mental health, nutrition, and natural medicine education, I focus on holistic treatment. My goal is to find the root causes of symptoms and not simply treat the symptoms.
I specialize in whole brain/body health. From using neurofeedback to optimize brain training to MRT testing to find food sensitivities and many things in between, I work with clients to reduce symptoms as well as finding the root cause of them. Some common symptoms that I see in my practice include IBS, anxiety, depression, food sensitivities, eating disorders, autoimmune disease, weight management, and many more. I use a combination of many different therapies such as DBT, neurofeedback, MRT food sensitivity testing, nutrition counseling, meal planning etc. to help meet my clients needs.
