I am committed to providing trauma informed care and seek to help provide tools and skills to help learn to self regulate and improve tolerance connecting the body and eating. I have a master's degree in Nutrition Science and practicing for over 25 years working with disordered eating, cardiovascular health, weight loss, body image, GI and chronic illness. I help you step by step transform your relationship with your body, health, and eating in a realistic way. Your partner in learning to trust yourself and feel your best.
I specialize and am committed to ongoing training in trauma informed care, behavior change, nutrition and life coaching, and medical nutrition therapy. I am not committed to one approach.
