I am a naturopathic physician trained in family medicine, and I enjoy working with both children and adults. In addition to pediatric care, I have a special interest in supporting adults seeking to improve their overall health and well-being.
I provide primary care services for children, including well-checks, sick visits, and care for chronic health concerns. For adults, I can collaborate with your primary provider or healthcare team to provide comprehensive support. My approach is patient-centered—I meet each individual and family where they are, without a fixed agenda.
What I love most about my job is that I have time to get to know every one of my patients and their family members, and truly listen to their stories and understand their concerns. Every child is different and all families have different needs. My goal is to meet each one where they are at and help them to achieve a higher level of health.
While much of my practice focuses on children, I also enjoy working closely with adults. I believe that supporting adult health—especially in areas like stress, fatigue, sleep, and hormonal balance—is essential to the well-being of the entire family. It is an honor to help individuals and parents feel more balanced, resilient, and empowered in their health.
