Growing up in Vietnam and influenced by the culture of Asia, I began absorbing in acupuncture and herbal medicine in my childhood. I earned my Master's degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine in 1996 and have been in private practice ever since. Since 2008 I have been awarded the Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where I taught and supervised with strict traditional standards balanced with large dosages of humor.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with chronic digestive issues, mental health challenges, body image concerns, and women's health issues. Their needs revolve around personalized care that addresses the root cause of illness and imbalance. My goal is to be an ally to help them achieve long-term health and wellness using evidence based alternative treatments, rather than mere symptom management. Throughout the healing journey, I provide valuable education on their health concerns, and empower them with the knowledge and tools to heal and feel resilient.

Kristin received her Master’s in Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship through UCSD. She has been working as a clinical dietitian since completing her internship. She understands the importance nutrition plays in one’s body and how it can affect a person’s daily life. She helps her clients heal their relationships with food and regain their intuitive eating skills. Kristin works with clients with all different conditions and creates goals to work toward.

Hi, I’m Roja Babaei MS, CNS, CN, LDN, a founder of Roja Nutritionist LLC, a health enthusiast and a graduate with a Master of Nutrition and Integrative Health graduate from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I already have over three years of experience. I have completed my post graduate practice experience and earned my CNS credential. Desiree Sterling received her Master's of Science from Pacific College of Oriental medicine (PCOM) in San Diego in 2005. She graduated from the Norwegian College of Acupuncture in 2002 and has also had formal training in Physical Therapy from Oslo, Norway. She has treated collegiate athletes at the RIMAC sports facility at UCSD in San Diego. Some of her training includes functional endocrinology, functional blood chemistry, and neuro-endocrine-immune problems. She provides treatments for endocrine and hormonal disorders related to infertility, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, decreased immunity, hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, diabetes, thyroid and adrenal issues as well as cardiovascular conditions.
