I strive for each massage to be a personal best, for my client & myself: effective, refreshing, respectful, original and enjoyable, to earn return visits of my guests. Extensive, diverse study, and daily meditative, athletic practice, inform my ability to help my clients move through all manner of physical and other stresses. Based on client interest, I use a variety of pressures, techniques, hot stones, aromatherapy, and yoga-inspired stretching appropriate to reduce tension as needed, and bring an overall sense of peaceful, vibrant well-being to awareness. This awareness is the source of all our healing, insight, quality of life!
My specialty is creative, delightful, respectful, deep-tissue massage. I have always enjoyed a great diversity of athletic pursuits, and this gives me the strength and experience necessary to connect with my client's needs. I also have a great appreciation and exposure to the arts, helping my massage be creative, sensitive and respectful.
Since three years before I studied massage, I have studied and practiced a diversity of meditative modalities, including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and Jin Shin Jyutsu. This grounds my massage in respect for knowing that true change comes from within the client's body, and my massage is focused accordingly.
